Product Introduction
The GTXGN-24kV solid insulated ring main unit is an advanced, environmentally friendly, composite-insulated ring main unit, independently developed by our company. It is a fully insulated, fully sealed power supply solution, designed without SF6 gas. The primary live components and switches are fully enclosed in an epoxy resin shell, protecting the unit from external environmental factors, ensuring operational reliability, personal safety, and eliminating the need for maintenance.
This unit features an APG-molded, solid-sealed pole encapsulating key current-carrying components, including the vacuum interrupter and upper and lower outlet seats, into a single assembly. The isolating switch is housed within the solid-sealed pole cavity, with solid insulation serving as the primary insulation method between phases. A single-phase insulated busbar design prevents critical faults, such as phase-to-phase or grounding issues, and the extendable busbar system allows for unlimited expansion of functional units.
This ring main unit combines simplicity in structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, and easy installation, making it ideal for 50Hz/60Hz, 12/24 kV power systems. It is widely deployed in industrial and residential cable ring networks, distribution network terminals, and power distribution for urban residential areas, compact substations, switching stations, cable branch boxes, and box substations. Applications span across industries including industrial and mining enterprises, shopping centers, airports, subways, wind farms, hospitals, stadiums, rail systems, tunnels, and more.
Use Conditions
1. Generally operated/serviced under normal indoor conditions, in compliance with IEC 62271-1 and GB3906.
2. Ambient air temperature: -40℃~+40℃.
3. Relative humidity of the air: the daily average value is not greater than 95%, and the monthly average value is not greater than 90%.
4. The altitude should not be greater than 2500m.
5. The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by dust, water vapor, salt spray, corrosive gases or flammable gases; the outdoor type can be used in harsh environmental conditions. Especially suitable for applications in plateau, coastal, alpine, high pollution and other areas.
6. There is no severe vibration at the installation site, and the earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.
7. When the above usage environment conditions cannot meet the usage requirements, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.
