On February 7, 2026, Reach Tech held a groundbreaking ceremony at its newly acquired site in Xiamen, marking the start of construction of its new manufacturing facility. As a company focused on medium-voltage electrical equipment, Reach Tech is developing the site as an upgraded base for production, assembly, inspection, warehousing, technical communication and supporting operations. The event brought together project participants as the development moved from planning to on-site construction.

The project site and foundation stone prepared for the groundbreaking ceremony on February 7, 2026.
Located in Tongan District, Xiamen, the newly acquired site allows Reach Tech to bring its core manufacturing and operational functions into one integrated environment. The new factory is planned to provide more than 42,000 m² of combined indoor, rooftop and outdoor functional space, bringing production, assembly, inspection, warehousing and operational support functions into a more coordinated setting.
The main structure is planned around an eight-storey manufacturing building. The latest project concept also includes an additional usable upper level approximately 4.5 metres high, extending the functional space available within the development. Supporting areas are planned for parking, fire-water facilities, equipment rooms, internal circulation and other day-to-day operational needs. Rooftop photovoltaic facilities are also planned as part of the project's broader energy and site-use strategy.
The site concept also considers how people, materials and vehicles will move through the development. Coordinating manufacturing, inspection, storage, loading and technical-support areas is intended to create clearer workflows and a more orderly working environment. Outdoor areas are planned to support internal circulation, access, parking and other service needs, while allowing the different parts of the facility to operate as one connected site.

The ceremony represented more than the beginning of a construction programme. It marked the start of a direct upgrade to the facilities used across Reach Tech's medium-voltage electrical equipment business. The integrated layout is planned to improve coordination between product preparation, technical communication, inspection activities, materials handling and shipment preparation as projects move through their different stages.
By investing in its own expanded site, Reach Tech is strengthening the operational foundation for its continued work with international partners. The company will remain focused on practical medium-voltage product solutions, OEM cooperation, supply-chain coordination and clear communication around technical and commercial requirements. The new factory is therefore an investment not only in physical space and equipment, but also in the consistency and organisation of Reach Tech's work with its partners.

Project participants gather for a group photograph following the ceremony.
Construction will progress in stages, with the final arrangement continuing to be refined as the project develops. Reach Tech will share further public updates when appropriate construction milestones and public-safe information are available. The groundbreaking ceremony marks the beginning of this next phase and reflects the company's steady commitment to long-term development in Xiamen.
